The pillars of Islam are the key ideas that everyone follows in the certain religion. The first pillar is Shahada which is the professing of ones religion where one recites in Arabic that "There is no god but god, and Muhammad is his prophet." The second pillar is Salat, Salat is the requirement for every Muslim to pray at least five times a day facing Mecca this prayer is a communication with Allah or god. The next pillar is Zakat or alms-giving. This pillar requires every Muslim to give at least 2.5% of their wealth to charity in order to decrease inequality. The fourth pillar is Sawm during Ramadan which is a type of ritual fasting which you have to do during the most ritual and important holiday in Islam which in the end has a large feast which every body eats and celebrates.
